3DEXPERIENCE® DraftSight Professional does not include MySession because it does not include the required roles to access MySession. To access MySession, consider installing 3DEXPERIENCE® DraftSight Connected or the Collaborative Designer for DraftSight® role.

How can I add more licenses to my existing subscription?
Today we recommend starting a new subscription for the additional licenses you need now. While we are working to provide pro-rated co-termed additional licenses we don’t yet support adding additional licenses to an existing subscription.
Alternatively, if you would like your additional license to be added to your existing subscription you can respond to your renewal reminder email sent 1 month before the subscription is set to renew and our commercial partner Cleverbridge will manually update the subscription at that time for you to include the additional licenses.

After submitting the issue, you will receive an email with a link that will open the Service Request in the 3DSupport app. This app will allow you to fully manage your service requests in one place.
